The final step in creating a user account on the EI Customer Portal is to confirm your email address.

If you did not receive the confirmation email for some reason, you can request a new one to be sent to you by entering your email address below.

If we are able to find your pending account and it still requires an email confirmation, we will send you a new confirmation request. Otherwise, no email will be sent.

No feedback will be given here as to the status of the request. If you require further assistance, please contact the Support department.
